Moped Odometer Not Working My Friend Who Is Selling (michigan) Moped To Me In Chicago Doesnt Have Title?

My friend who is selling (michigan) moped to me in chicago doesnt have title? - moped odometer not working

Please tell us if it were a nuisance for the registration and title in Chicago, Illinois, to obtain when a friend of mine sold his Michicgan (mopeds purchased) and said he had no title and plates on his motorcycle (only bill of sale) for that.

I wonder if this is a nuisance or a pain in the ass if I go ahead and buy your moped and then pay the double amount of the license or registration to my name? I've never done before, and that's how I see your suggestions please.

ITS 2008 Japenese moped, odometer not working, and 250 sold. Please help! Thanks

NEVER, NEVER buy any motor vehicle if the seller does not give a clear title when a currency exchange. They are not in a position, vehicle registration, and only my headache trying Sever. At the foot of this Agreement.

I'm pretty sure he will graduate from it. I went through this when I was young and could not be a title after purchasing a bike without it. Call the office of motor vehicles in Chicago, and explain your situation, you give us the straight scoop. Your friend should be in a position for a duplicate when it started, otherwise do not know what to say to get.

Yes, it is an annoyance.

If you only have a sales contract, then no right, legally and is not your time.

The company sells, because he not received the title and is registered with the way he tries to pass the problem to you.

When you buy, you pay a lot - in search of wine, an obligation under the title of the easement, and if it is stolen, after paying hundreds of dollars, the police came and you and give to their rightful owners.

Do not do that. Lesson No. 1 in life - if they can not deliver the title, please fill out the back, not really sell the car.

So you and your friends will know who the rightful owner is the DMV or a friend, you must contact the person if you do not have your friend at the DMV office, you send a letter to write, and request a lost title shall be it is in great pain and expense for you and your friend or your friend will send the original invoice and the information that we have when it was purchased, and also considering that most states have a time limit for the registration of a vehicle otherwise face fines and if you have never registered the vehicle that you are sentenced to prison in my state
have two weeks after they tack on penalties over time, you have to register to the failure to arrest could indeed hundreds if not thousands of dollars in fines and jumping in your name and guess what his money for the effort tracks never buy a car disadvantages of the money to buy a bike at a time with the title in hand not a few as collateral for its on the hook for the cost of using'm sorry, but something that the importance of their current problems and to purchase unsecured
YouFriend is off the hook for the cost. You have been lost to the title file and the person who originally sold the bike
are also required to register fines for breach of contract, because it was his fault, especially not u0026lt burned for the first time \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ 'I kind of buyer.

Hope this helps
